1 - Flash Heal
2 - Heal Rank 2
3 - Greater Heal Rank 2
4 - Greater Heal Rank 4
5 - Fade
6 - Prayer of Healing
7 - Inner Fire (holdover from when Inner Fire lasted 3 minutes)
8 - Holy Nova
9 - Rez (I'm not really sure why it's on my main toolbar, I think I didn't have anything else to put on)
0 - Utility. Either Dispelling Shazz, or Shackle Undead. Or something.
- - Fear
= - Mana Burn

Row Above (for me, Alt-X)

1 - Shield (macro, if unfriendly, shield myself)
2 - Decursive
3 - Renew (select appropiate level renew for the level of the target)
4 - Dispell Magic
5 - Abolish Disease
6 - Shadow Protection
7 - Desperate Prayer
8 - Levitate
9 - Divine Spirit
0 - Power Word Fortitude
- - Inner Focus
= - Mana Potion
