A year ago, Cenarius was having so many problelms, we created alts on another server so we could have an alternative home when our own server started getting borky.

Today Cenarius is again behaving borkily, so I'd like to open the floor to server suggestions. Please keep in mind the following:

1. Server stability & population. No sense in going from one borky server to another borky server.
2. Level of your current characters, if any. If you're level 50, there's no sense in our creating level 1 characters to play with you, unless you're willing to help supply us stuff :D
3. PvP is a possibility, as is RP.
4. Playing Horde could be a fun change. :)

Keep in mind, we probably won't be devoting a lot of effort in building up a community on the new server... it's just a place to go and play, and still see all the people we like! :)

I've been thinking lately... RP server!

Serious. I think if we came up with a funny schtick, we could have a good time with it. I know Kriss doesn't think he can RP well, but honestly it doesn't have to be anything fancy. If anything, Kriss could RP himself, since he's pretty consistent. :D

That, and from what I've read, I'm getting the feeling that the people who join RP servers are more likely to dig our brand of fun. So we'd find more kindred souls, I think.

Some server suggestions:

Eitrigg, where a few other internet nerds I know and bunches of other internet nerds they know have both Alliance and Horde guilds.

Gorgonnash (sp) where Villanelle from Horde Sundays plays her main.

Shaandaar/Idappadi suggests his other servers, which are Elune, Proudmore, Feathermoon, and Lightninghoof. Alt-o-holic.

Most of these are PVE, I think Feathermoon is RP and Lightninghoof is PVP-RP but I'm not fact-checking this as I type so don't quote me. :p

I would've suggested Lightninghoof right away, except I am a little worried that it's a bit highly populated... I was experiencing some loot lag issues, etc. there. Otherwise, we do have alts there and I will jump on mine periodically when Cenarius is down. Though chances are, any new realm we jump on will eventually experience that sort of lag. :)
