Down rank me immediately
I got hit by a slew of viruses, trojan horses, and keyloggers sunday. I spent all day isolating the infected computer and cleaning them out, but i'm still finding little malware bastards with each new search.
until I have a clean bill of health, please down rank me so the bank is safe. I'll state that i'm clean when i log in (just to avoid anyone asking and having a hacker just say "yeah" etc etc)

On a different machine or a known clean one. I think that should prevent the keyloggers from succeding.

These two are must haves on my puters + they're free :0) Might not have stopped whatever happened but they don't hinder much of anything.
sadly...
it wasn't the porn (not that an upstanding and moral pure individual like myself would peruse porn sites). I downloaded a driver patch for my new printer from majorgeeks.com and it had a trojan, that in turn uploaded a bunch of viruses to my box.
I ended up using avg anti-virus and lavasoft's AdAware program in tandem to clean them out. Now i can surf por.....drivers in complete safety now!

Hehee.. I use avg too... it works just like zonealarm!! In other words, like my own brain- there is too much crap running in the background. Again, sucks that happened but glad your back in business.

Fellow Pengs if your not running something like what we're talking about it might be time to make a change. It's soo soo easy to get ack-attack!! All of these programs are quick to download, easy to use, and FREE!! Here's AVG The worst part is they're always running unless you turn them off and they send out errors/warnings like CrAZy DuDeRinOS!!
