Website Upgrade

I performed a Drupal 6.2 upgrade from our old 4.7.8 install. This was for security patches as well as future expansion of the website. This is just a stop along the way of some changes around here (for those of you who are getting bored of this bluemarine theme, that's going to go too).

Let me know if you see anything odd by posting below or emailing me at kriss at piratepenguins.org.
