New Spirit Formula in 2.4

The 2.4 patch notes mentions (as almost an aside): Spirit-Based Mana Regeneration: This system has been adjusted so that as your intellect rises, you will regenerate more mana per point of spirit.
So, intrepid math loving people on the PTR have come up with a formula.
mp5 from spirit outside of the FSR = spi * (sqrt(int)/21.45)
I'm... still digesting the implications.

Intelligence Breakpoints
Priests/Mages: 180 int
Druids: 142 int
Hunters/Warlocks/Paladins/Shamans: 115 int
If you have more int than this, you should see an increase in your mana regeneration. Less than, and it's a nerf.

Now that I think about it
The formula is probably different for other classes. Doing the research now.

Formula's accurate for all classes
Basically right now, spirit is awesome for any class who has talents or a skill that allows your mana to regen while casting.
It really adjusts a lot of equations and balances. Is it worth it to stack spirit? Yes now. The addition of Intellect also increases your regen rate by a diminishing amount.
